Lastpass: Sharing your passwords with Virtual Assistants

Virtual assistants are the way online business owners are headed. But many people are clueless how to go about sharing critical information and giving access to their VA’s without compromising the security of their business.

Having a constant struggle between accessibility and security is slowing down your productivity. But it doesn’t have to be that way. What if you could share access temporarily, with your VA’s, without having to constantly change passwords? How much time would you save that way? How much less accounts would you create?

Time is a critical factor, and every second saved, is second that you can invest in leisure time, time spent with your family and time devoted to building your business. Handling a simple issue, like passwords efficiently will help you achieve your business success.

How to share passwords without actually sharing the passwords?

The tool I use to accomplish this is Lastpass. I’ve reviewed it here, previously. It’s one of those tools that I can’t imagine living without online anymore.

I know that a lot of people are really troubled with sharing their passwords with the cloud service, but I am pretty satisfied with the results I’ve been getting so far from the Lastpass.

All you need to do is to tell your VA to make a LastPass account and share you the email address they’ve used to create it. And you’re good to go. If you’re still not clear enough I made this short video for you, to clear things up. Obviously you need Lastpass account for it.
